Muscle therapy is a comprehensive musculo-skeletal treatment that targets specific injuries, promoting healing, reducing inflammation, and alleviating DOMS. Foam rolling aids in post-exercise pain relief and enhances exercise performance by activating satellite cells to regenerate muscle.
Therapeutic Muscle Therapy
A sports massage enhances circulation, increases tissue elasticity, and reduces muscle tension. It relieves tight muscles, improving flexibility and reducing pain. After the massage, some soreness might occur, especially for first-timers, due to the release of toxins. However, it aids in releasing tension in muscles, improving circulation, and promoting recovery, lowering the risk of muscle injury during high-intensity activity.
Sports Massage
The goal of pre-event massage is to improve blood circulation, flexibility, and mental readiness for activity, enhancing performance. It involves a short, specific treatment that stretches and loosens muscles rapidly to prepare for optimum performance. It is a type of sports massage that readies the body for physical exertion and can be applied up to 2 days before or as close as two hours prior to the event.

Feeling stressed is normal, but prolonged stress can lead to muscle tension, which may go unnoticed. Releasing muscle tension through regular practice can help manage stress's physical effects and provide therapeutic benefits, such as reducing anxiety, improving sleep, easing neck and back pain, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the frequency of migraines and TMJ symptoms.
Body Tension/Stress Release
Trigger points, though small, can cause significant pain. They are tight areas in muscles and fascia, limiting blood flow and causing pain. These knots can be felt under the skin and often lead to intense pain, sometimes felt in different areas of the body (referred pain). Trigger points can be active (pain during rest or compression) or passive (pain only when compressed). To address trigger points, it's essential to seek treatment from a massage therapist.
Trigger Point Release Therapy
MLD involves a gentle, skin-stretching massage to facilitate the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. It is distinct from traditional massage as it specifically targets the lymph vessels to improve fluid flow. The therapy starts with unaffected areas to allow fluid to move out of the affected region, reducing congestion. MLD also helps open functioning lymph collectors, promoting protein and fluid movement, and accelerating lymph fluid flow through the lymphatics.

The world of Medical Massage Therapy has existed for Thousands of years and is the oldest form of medicine since ancient times used for almost all ailments. There are more than eighty kinds of massage that manipulate soft tissue and the practice of using touch as a healing method derives from customs and techniques rooted in ancient history.
In understanding what the body is telling and showing us, I have travelled extensively to some of the most ancient countries in the world for Advanced training in the Esoteric Arts of Healing, Energy Healing, Meditation. I have had the privilege of working with some of the world's most advanced masters in varieties of healing modalities.
My Life Mission is to bring and share this knowledge with humanity in order to add value to our lives, our world, our planet. I offer a holistic and personalized approach to healing that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental needs of my clients. As an intuitive healer and teacher I make it possible for people to help themselves in their mental and physical healing journey. In addition to my one-on-one healing sessions, I also offer workshops/training and group coaching programs to those who are willing and daring to take a leap of faith into the unknown.
